Meet Bremen

I spent 10 years in beauty marketing in NYC being the woman who had everything figured out except her body. I was also diagnosed with ADD in. 4th grade - & in 2004, it was still considered a mental disability, not a personality trait. In college, I had cracked my own code after 20 years of being on Concerta - exercise was my new medication. I had structure, I constantly hit a dopamine high, I finally thought clearly & graduated with a 4.0.

But actually having a body I was proud of? It loomed over me like a dark cloud.

I tried everything. SoulCycle, Barry's, Rumble, serial half marathons - I even ran the NYC Marathon in 2019!

But I was running myself into the ground and eating less than I should have been. Chronic dieting, protein shakes & coffee for breakfast, no carbs unless I ate out, wine for dinner…often.

I was performing discipline without actually understanding my body.

The result? Tanked hormones, wrecked gut (hello IBS), 20 pounds I could not lose no matter what I did.

I have been in your shoes: trying everything and killing myself in the gym only to gain weight and not see any results. I have had full crash outs getting dressed in the morning because I hated what I saw in the mirror and how my clothes fit. I would binge eat just to make myself “feel better” because I was sad with how I looked & felt, only to feel worse.

And worst of all - I created a narrative in my head that I wasn’t good enough.

When I finally stopped grinding and started building - the right macros, real strength training, stress & nervous system under control - everything changed. The weight came off. The bloating stopped.

And that little ADD diagnosis that was supposed to paralyze me became my greatest power: obsession, structure, and a system that actually works.

And for the first time I felt like the body in the mirror matched the woman I already knew I was. Most coaches give you a plan. I give you a reprogrammed identity through the Glow Protocol so the body you build is one you actually keep, because you've become someone who holds it.

That's the Bikini Glow.

That’s why I created the Bikini Glow Society.
